To a friend of mine
I’m upset with you
You ask for support
On what you do
For this I do not agree
My feeling on this
Are quite different then yours
To kill a life
Is not a good rapport
Abortion, killing god’s gift to you
There was nothing I could do
It hurts me inside, for what you did
You take it as routine
just another procedure
Is that really what you see?
This was a life, that ended to soon
a special gift not given to everyone
people are crying for what you had
children of their own
Then there are others
that don’t think twice
to end a life
This I cannot condone
My hand is not there for you to hold
it saddens me
for what you have done
my life’s not perfect
no one’s life is
but I will not be there for what you did
I will always be your friend
This is one thing I do not understand
So stand alone
For the choice you made
No discussion needed
After you are done
You are the one
That will have to suffer
With the death
That you caused
Of your unborn child
