I miss my true self so deeply.
I can't accept the notion
that I am nothing.
I am dying because I can't see myself
within this vessel of flesh and bones.
I'd close my eyes forever
if I could picture my true self kissing me.
No one can convince me
that I am contained in this frame of flesh.
I was never whole until You
illuminated Your truth upon my wisdom.
Only then did I realize—
our feelings were always one,
a thread finer than love, connecting us.
No words or scriptures can capture
how we, who seem two,
are in truth, essentially one.
You can only feel it deep within—
until You.
No one can ever read my book of knowledge,
for my soul holds it upon its Rehal.
When I read the secret, sacred verses,
such powerful revelations of my essence arise
that I spin in ecstasy,
knowing I have finally found the truth of who I am.
I love my divine essence; I know I am right.
No one with divine intelligence can prove
that I'm wrong in my knowing of my True Self.
The divine—my eternal friend—
is the only one to whom I belong.
