In this beautiful life of mine
I need some happiness
In this world in need of kind

I need some color
In my world that has turned to gray
I need some love
And I need it everyday

I need some beautiful
For the whole world to see
I need some hope
To be the best I can be

Even though I have all these things
In my life that's grown so cold
I haven't found them in myself yet
