I Never Miss You, Never Miss You Poem by Mohammad Younus

I Never Miss You, Never Miss You

I never miss you, never miss you, never could—
You are everywhere.
I see you in the rising sun,
I see you in the setting glow.
I see you when clouds drift grey,
And when snow falls soft, like flakes of Toosha.
I see you most in leafless trees,
Their branches adorned with snow blossoms,
Crying out in joy.

I never miss you, never miss you, never could—
Your smile graces the faces of weeping children,
And eternal happiness flows
To those who bathe in your endless light.

Your grace lingers; it never departs.
I never miss you, never miss you, never could—
You are as you were,
And will be as you are.
Since eternity, your light remains unwavering,
Though veils of vision cast you
As if hidden away.

Yet I know—
The pathway you chose for me
Leads not only to freedom,
But to your eternal embrace.
