I Shall Admit Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I Shall Admit

I always think twice
And promise again
To do better
In future

I plan nicely
But goes off badly
It never go as I wish
But sadly finish

I believe in luck
But it always strikes
In different way
And holds sway

Almighty has His style
To help meanwhile
It comes in form of blessing
Then nothing goes as missing

It comes in more quantity
New surprise with variety
I wonder and feel shame
Why was I so far resorting to blame?

I shall admit
My own guilt
But will not shield
And faith will be firmly held
