I Shall Watch Her Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I Shall Watch Her

Rating: 2.8

I am disappointed
The worry is unrelated
Yet it matters
I often utter

I speak her name
But do not blame
The distance
Or any missed chance

She is far away
Seven seas are on the way
I continue to think about her
She is always by my side and near

She used to smile a loud
But she believed in cloud
“Each cloud has silver line”
She may wonder and look for a while

“You will miss me a lot”
When I am not seen or caught”
I remember those words
Tears drop as heart was wounded with sword

She stands tall
With no barrier or wall
She has foresight with vision
I am firm with decision

She may make me happy
With all her wishes ready
I shall watch her standing quiet
I shall not be cheated by fate
