I Starred Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I Starred

Rating: 5.0

I stared at that glaring eye
Somehow I was attracted but don’t know why?
She had magic eye with magnetic pull
There prevailed peace and lull

I could see it inviting
Passion and love was fully igniting
It was tremendous pull from unknown direction
She stood there with amazing sill and action

I could see some tears rushing
She was hardly in control about pushing
It surfaced with great pain and surprise
Wanted full assurance with promise

She is princess of her own state
Even though the sadness has come very late
She was with all the comforts and luxury
Until pushed to deception and treachery

May be it was god sent chance
She had not seen me even at once
I was to become her adorable friend
With all the happiness and joy till the end

It is not that she was not beautiful
She was attractive but not at all deceitful
It seemed she wanted to be all for good and faithful
I closed eye and wished it to be successful

Her eyes wanted full assurance and guarantee
That she will be totally yokeless and free
Breathe in fresh air like cuckoo
And I was the one for her to woo

Not that all our wishes come true
Even if we try honestly and prove
But nothing can stop us to be real one
That position can’t be taken by anyone

I saw complete shine on her shining face
I could find no tears with any trace
She was all for smile as with new happiness
She was ready to fly with in complete readiness

I will certainly miss those eager eyes
I may not be able to stay even with strong and earnest try
But I would offer her wings to fly in direction
Where she finds complete joy and happiness with her action
