I Stood And Started Daydreaming. - Poem by Mohammad alKurdi

I stood and started daydreaming.
I knew that I could never
Stay close with no bleeding.

I surrendered to fate,
Went out thru the gate
Of that feeling.
Closer, smoother;
Farther, harder.

Oh I fear to cross the frontier
To reach the land where you are, dear.
