I Take It As My Pride Poem by Dr.V.K. Kanniappan

I Take It As My Pride

I am a girl of ten years,
Born in India with cheers;

My parents say I am charming,
I live with lots of moments alluring;

I enjoy living in UK Hounslow,
I never take it, for granted, lie low;

I compete with my fellows honestly,
I am to win my endeavor fruitfully;

I am to take it as my pride to live in England,
I take best qualities to my native land;

I hast a 5 yr old sister Nivedhitha,
And my mum is Sasirekha;

My dad is called Krishnakumar,
And he loves to drive car;

I go to Wellington primary school,
And my teachers are so kind and cool;

I am in yr 5 - chestnut class,
I love to play in the park full of grass;

Whenever I go to India, I can ride a horse,
Can thou guess who I am? I'm Madhumitha ofcourse!
