I Travel, I Live, And I Let Go Poem by Sarin Gomes

I Travel, I Live, And I Let Go

I travel, I live and let go -
It is a feeling, I hold on to,
When the nights grow cold
And the wretched darkness closes in.
It is my magic rug,
That carries me away to a safe distant land -
A land of solace,
Where the gnawing grief won't get to me.
I travel, I live and I let go.
