Ray Of Hope
Traces of hope underlying words spoken;
In the darkness that unfolds broken-
Is like the sun that lights the night sky
Rekindling it with colours that pry
Hoping it would never die.
Shadows of unhappiness that follow;
Leave a feeling so hollow
Choke the light of ray-
That promises to brighten your day,
Putting an end to your pray.
