I Turn
I turn

I turn 72 today
It shall pave the way
for my future course
I got to stay fit, of course
last year was pathetic
the situation turned tragic
as I had to witness the departure
of my companion and life partner
I was brought down to the reality
and bowed down to an almighty
for an impartial decision
to take away the wife for sacred reasons
life may have up and down
and its fate remains unknown
we are all specially flown
on the earth to perform and own the acts
my mission is to contribute
and pay the tribute
for all those who are in the literal field
I shall try to help in whatever position they hold
I know letters may pour
and wish me to cheer
but I shall always feel sore
without the life partner
