I'Ve Never Loved Something So Much Poem by John W. McEwers

I'Ve Never Loved Something So Much

As I love you, the angels fall
from heaven, lights shine as a beacon,
flood lights on my soul
that say, 'You are not alone.'

And in the dark of the room
when the night shifts from cuddle
to sleep
I cry a little,
because your hair gets in my eyes
and its oily.
