I Visit Every Night To View My 'real Me' Poem by Mohammad Younus

I Visit Every Night To View My 'real Me'

I visit every night to view my 'Real Me, '
That I was in Eternity on the Day of Alast.
I leave my 'Outerself', to see my 'Innerself.'
I wait sitting the while in contemplation,
For my 'Real Me', to embrace my Trueself.
This is where my knowledge, awareness,
Learning, and wisdom' are reviewed.
I with eyes open watch the memoires of Alast.
I quietly wait for my 'Real Me' to see Me,
In the presence of Lord asking Me:
Am I not your lord? '
And I enter into a covenant of Maa'rifat,
saying,
'Yes, my Lord! '
I reflect on the past and the secrets,
That I know and that I know not,
From the divine, this is the right way,
I can get awareness and enlightenment.
I visit to view that Day of covenant each night
I watch as the divine light manifests to me,
My 'Real Me', my essence.
I admit that my True Self is my essence divine.
This manifestation, cognition of the Unity,
Belongs to me, it's my view surely.
