I Want Someone To Read



I want someone to read
my poetry today
and somehow I want it
to be something
that brings joy and a smile,
or something that makes
teardrops flow,
or to give a better understanding
of life and its intricacies,
Or a person to pause
to think about the deeper cause
and never just to be
another dull thing.
