I Want To Dream Again
I snored and dreamt
to love and to hold
take this ring and
be mine forever
the dream continued
Here your shopping basket
a Limousin covered with a
net of gold was the basket
screams and excitement followed
and joined by witnesses
Wow heaven on earth was the mummer
cling the alarm clock
it is four in the morning
Was it a dream
Lord please let me sleep
again and rewind the dream
I want to dream again
What a wishful dream, all would want to dream this, nice poem, your ink shall continue to run, blessings...
some dreams are worth to be dreamt and re-dreamt but sadly it only happens once. The good thing you woke up the next thing i will request you to do is to make it a reality.
