I Want To Write
I want to make the pen dance across the paper
The ink to reflect what I feel
I want the rhyme to match the beat of my heart
The reader's breath I want to steal
I want it to be, of my soul, a chart
But I don't feel the creative itch to do so
A beautiful poem well crafted. This lovely write resonates with me. There must be that passion to ignite our pen to soar.
