I Weep At My Own Weakness Poem by Shalom Freedman

I Weep At My Own Weakness

I weep at my own weakness
And inability to help
Those suffering
Far beyond
Any suffering
I have ever known-

I weep for them
But I cannot help much

Little old man fool
In a world made too cruel
To ever really be
understood and loved.
