If Ever Me Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

If Ever Me

I am less known figure
With complete posture
For for any human level
To correct the action and speak well

I can make thoughts to venture
Go to the end of the globe and assure
That we have beautiful place to live in
Despite all kinds of agony and pain

No, I need not speak
But keep silent and walk
See the plight of people with naked eyes
I can’t take easy breath despite forceful try

I shall be finished in broad day light
If tried to live with delight
Ever dreamed about universal brotherhood
And peaceful existence in neighborhood

I know about integrity, impartiality and homage
My name shall be written with golden ink on history page
I shall be called hero or martyred
If ever I tried, desired or aspired
