It would never be
Love at all

Could be ruled
The strong would laugh
And the weak
Would cry
If love could be ruled
Some would celebrate victory
Some would wallow
Forever in loneliness
If love could be ruled
The heart
It would never
Be allowed to speak
If love could be ruled
Then love
It wouldn't be
