Now, would you please give me a call.
For I could use your company.
I, too, am lonely, after all.

Since the day mytrue love left me,
I spend all my time feeling blue.
Time I'd much rather be spending
With someone who is lonely, too.

If you are seeking happiness,
Wanting someone to treat you right,
Watch over you like an angel,
I need to hear from you tonight.

The moment we meet together,
This I promise you from the start,
I will love but you forever,
Not be the one to break your heart.
