If You Are Sad, Turn The Pages Poem by Hebert Logerie

If You Are Sad, Turn The Pages

Rating: 4.5

If you are sad today, go back
To the last time you were happy
Turn the pages to find the funny
And the pretty faces that have cracked
You up in the past. Find that moment
In the past, and recalculate like a GPS
Stop being sad, fight the ever-present stress
In your life. Be happy and exuberant
And you'll have a great time under the clouds
Sing your favorite songs to the crowds
In your dream, seek that sparkle of happiness
The stream that will take you where you can rest
And laugh; play and dance like Cinderella
If you are sad, seek and find the aura
In the aurora of yesterday
Turn the pages, and then go forward to a happier day.
