If You Have Never Lost A Moment...
If you have never lost a moment
of time, pausing by an old
brick wall to see tiny stars
shooting from velvet cushions of moss,
glistening silver as morning sun
dissolves away the icing of frost -
then perhaps it is time you did!
in this loss lies the most fruitful gain, wonderful write!
I have lost many such moments Susy, and been rewarded handsomely for it too. A lovely poem, I wish you'd made it longer.
