When Christians pray, God listens, too,
To words and thoughts of love,
And that's the time He smiles on you,
As He looks from above.
He nods approval when you care,
For more than you alone,
So please stay faithful, faithful in prayer,
As God hears on His Throne.

True love transcends this mortal phase
Before eternity,
Until at last, we see Christ's face,
Behold His Majesty!
God bless you now and day by day,
With blessings ever new!
Praise God when you take time to pray,
Praise God that God loves you!
