Ignite, Ignite, Ignite Poem by Mohammad Younus

Ignite, Ignite, Ignite

Ignite, ignite, ignite
Spark flares,
Light ignites,
A flame of passion in the stillness of night.
A flower unfolds—
A vision of purity,
Its sweet fragrance wafting,
An exotic aroma, wild and free,
From the rose garden of Eden,
Dreams rising,
High, higher, ever higher,
I could never tire
Of this sacred desire,
To conspire,
In love.

Did you see that?
Look—
How ecstatic the world became,
As if my heart blossomed,
Pouring out a divine aroma,
In the chaos of this fractured world.

In the midst of it all,
Inhalation is best
When held deep, slow, and long—
To breathe in life's essence,
And to exhale the world's illusions,
Its drunken views
On what is right,
What is wrong,
What is good,
And what is bad.

But in the divine design,
All is good.
