Illuminated Marriage?
Two divinely attached partners
peered out of their prison bars
one saw smelly mud
and the other
glorious stars!
the one whose eyes were heavenly
was assigned the holy task
that when the union goes to hell,
humble forgiveness THEY do ask
Very intriguing poem. It's certainly true that when we look heavenward, we see different sights than when we look down. I have a friend that once found several coins the same day, so now he rarely looks up as he walks along. What a pity!
for the love of money, miss all this? ? ? Ha ha ha thanks, made my day he can all my money, I just want to LIVE in all this madness!
