very lost

Imagine - Poem by very lost

Imagine no possesions
I only have my mind
Imagine there's no heaven
The sky is cold tonight

Imagine all the people
giving just ten pence
I could eat forever
just re-arrange some wealth

Imagine poets they wrote songs
Imagine words were really true
And if you'd just look down now
you'd see me beneath your foot

Imagine all the people
living the life they pretend to lead

You may say I'm a dreamer
& I am the only one
I may not live much longer
& by then the problems gone
