too happy about their success.
He's only half the thorny road
which leads to perfection in poetry.
The second part of this way
the poets never experience because
the time is only, real judge of poetry.
The most beautiful verses are letters
whose the past and a future are called eternity.
The poets become immortal only when they die.

Besmrtni pjesnici

Nije dobro kad se pjesnici
previše raduju svom uspijehu.
On je tek polovina trnovite ceste
koji vodi ka savršenstvu u poeziji.
Drugu dio puta pjesnici nikad ne dožive
jer vrijeme je jedini pravi sudija poeziji.
Najljepše stihove čine slova čija se
prošlost i budućnost zovu vječnost.
Pjesnici postaju besmrtni tek kad umru.
