In A Drizzling Morning Poem by Amitava Sur

In A Drizzling Morning

Rating: 5.0

In such a fresh and wet morning today
When it's drizzling all over,
Why don't you join my dear
To be wet with those tiny droplets?
Come on, let's make a visit
To our early childhood days
By floating some paper boats
In this rain drenched stream-let.

What a lovely sweet morning today
While it's drizzling all over.
Nature is looking so fresh and green
With those crystal like droplets!

Rain drops and paper boats, a memory we hold on to so fondly. Always refreshing and rejuvenating like the lovely poem of yours. Thank you for sharing and thank you so much for your recent comment. Glad you liked it.

Fantastic, simple, beautiful, touching, such a fragrant childhood memory! I remember doing the same thing when younger, loved being in the rain. Last night it rained a little here and I went for a walk with my Granddaughter, it felt so good! Thank you for a wonderful and lovely memory, Amitava. RoseAnn

Truly, childhood and rain are closely related that form a sweet memory and has its opportunistic recollection from the memoir and nature.Drizzling, especially, the morning drizzle is a lovely aroma of nature.
