In Casinos Poem by DM W

In Casinos

In casinos, no one tells you the time.
You're locked into an illusory world.
O they offer you the moon and the stars!
These crude places are a confusion of
Bright lights and existential emptiness.
The intention is to gradually
Strip clients of their consciousness; until
There's nothing left but an empty wallet!

Yes gambling is a tool of the devil. It looks good on the outside, but inside it is less than nothing. The perfect lie.
