In Conseqence

Rating: 5.0

Once I was a mute, a penitant in company
And only alone I could be free, and
Words haunted me like a pack
Of dogs yapping at my legs, so they
Came and now they flow, the endless
Computations as if my dictionary is
Set to random and repeat, but the hood
And the whip are behind my door
In the kitchen, on a peg and when I
Fail they dismantle from their lodging
And wrap around me again, and
I Am not Lisa now I am Lucas, a
Penitant when I am alone and free where
People bob like ducks, and react to me.
