In Prison Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

In Prison

Rating: 5.0

In prison

I was jailed and know well
Many were innocent.

Sadness is, there, inside
Mostly are, or become
Preyed on, victimised.

If first was injustice
The second takes place
By the vicious hunters.

Professionals set traps
Using long fishing rod,
At its end, some big bait.

The hands of culprits
Plays with the puppets
On long lines, far away
Gaming with the baits
And baits are poisonous.

Empires are rubble
Regardless of the names,
In all the locations,
Being a European,
African, Asian, USA!

Their masters and leaders
Are the core of mistakes
But blame the nations!

Poor people are victims,
Yet, somehow arrested
And engulfed in the jails.

The needy, unaware
May have heard, repeated
Slogans forbidden
Against sheikhs, presidents!

My heart goes to those who
FBI calls: "Wanted, "
For recent failed riots,
I pity the Luties and Jahels!
