In Spirit Poem by Richard Wlodarski

In Spirit

Rating: 4.5

I have not left you, my dear son
I am still with you in spirit
My soul has left this physical existence
To be reunited with your mother's soul

I will always be with you in spirit, my dear son

When the sun rises announcing the birth of a new day
You will hear me in songs of birds and laughter of children
And feel my presence as you look in wonder at the glorious sunrise
And watch as a rose blossoms and colors of butterflies inspire

I will always be with you in spirit, my dear son

You will feel my presence as you bathe in the sun's warmth
And see every ray of brilliance as a road to success
You will absorb my presence when the colors of the sun set and rest
And make room for the moon and stars giving birth to a radiant night

I will always be with you, my dear son

As I watch from up above surrounded with divine guidance
I shall hold your hand to guide you with your trials and tribulations
I shall touch your heart to share in your joy and cry in your pain
And I will touch your soul to assist with your soul's mission
