In tears
Saturday,6th April 2019
She was in tears
and stood motionless
staring at me ceaselessly
it was moving me uncomfortably
her face witnessed dried tears
and feared
some fall out
she wanted something to talk about
I looked in her eyes
and tried
to speak honestly
but stopped abruptly
was I following the loveless pattern?
was it adding to her concern?
I failed to assess
and made no attempt to trace
I had leaning
and had the real meaning behind
but was not for it
She failed to accept or greet
