In the midst of all the uncertainties
Let my heart sing for you

In the midst of all the issues
Let my heart find joy

In your presence, let my heart rejoice
For You have carved me in your palms

My tears and fears are not unknown to you
Again I'll sing of your faithfulness and mercy

With praise I'll make known to you
My anxious thoughts

You alone can save me
And you deserve all the glory

Let me count my blessings
Name them one by one

Let me ensure my heart
Who my father is!

The one who holds the whole world
In His hands
