In The Silence Of Divine Presence Poem by Mohammad Younus

In The Silence Of Divine Presence

In the silence of the divine presence,
The mind is calm and the soul speaks.
All that's heard is a sweet melody,
The whispers of the divine echoe,
'Come to me.'

The truth in holy verses,
Demands my heart to be a haven,
Of peace.and boundless love.
These verses scribed on pages of heart,
Command to be in eternal Zikr of Haq.

Within the realm where love in fullness dwells,
The tale of my soul's essence is well told.
A narrative of the bond with the divine,
Reminding me of the covenant in eternity made,
Beneath the radiant sun.

So I renew my pledge to God to be both---
Self-aware and God-aware.
Let the lamp of divine knowledge and wisdom,
Illuminate my path, and in its light bring forth,
Enlightenment, unending, and full awareness.
