In The Spirit Or Not Poem by Ima Ryma

In The Spirit Or Not

Bob Cratchit Fox in mood to sing
Some Christmas carols does take a stroll.
Tiny Tim Badger he does bring.
Good entertainment is their goal.
Through the woods the twosome do roam,
Arriving at a tree to call
At Ebenezer Scrooge Owl's home.
But Scrooge Owl is not pleased at all,
Glaring at these carolers who dare
To disturb Scrooge Owl's privacy.
The two carolers just want to share
How special Christmas spirit be.

But Scrooge Owl hoots as if to say,
'Bah humbug, pests, just go away.'
