In Thick Leaves, Cicadas Hide Poem by Luo Zhihai

In Thick Leaves, Cicadas Hide

Sounds of nature sparse. In thin forest, deer run
Dense shadows of the twisted branches. In thick leaves, cicadas hide
The wind is mild and the sun is bright. A thousand flowers bloom all of a lump
A place propitious for giving birth to great men. People are happy at the same time

◆ Chinese Text

密叶隐蝉

天籁稀声,疏林奔鹿
虬枝浓影,密叶隐蝉
风和日丽,千花齐放
地秀人杰,百姓皆欢
