Here I am once again
Stuck in mid stream
I can't go forward
And there is no going back

Wheels are turning
On a train going nowhere
No steam left now
As I push forward anyway

I'm cut off from no return
Left in this moment
As life moves forward
No way to stop this runaway

I apply the breaks
Wanting to slow this train
From passing up my destination
In just a blink of an eye

Hold on to me baby
Slow me down
Don't let me pass up
This life that was mine

It's so hard to comprehend
How I arrived here
When all I want now
Is to freeze time
