In That Moment I'm Scared

Hello?Are you there?
Can you hear me?
Or can you sense
That I'm in despair

I'm in a dark hole
And trying to see
How can I crawl out
From the dark and flee

Are you blind?
To the pain I'm in
Shall I shout out loud
What my eyes have hidden

I need to tell you
Without saying a word
Of how I'm struggling
To stay in this world

My sorrow is deep
And the seed is planted
It needs water
To grow and flourish

Give me a sign
That I'm still worthy
To still be important
To those who love me

I cry too often
When I'm by myself
And when I'm spent
In that moment I'm scared
