Infamous Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Infamous

Infamous

You …
Your mustache stamp-sized
With shave hair on all sides but the top.

Rise, get up
Go to court, talk to judge
Be like past, the firm man
Raise your voice in German
Shout aloud: “Want my rights.”

They do know; and if not,
Find ears, explain;
If neither, exclaim:
“There are worse murderers.”

Take your time; examples.

“Your honor…”
“It is wrong! ”
“You are wrong.”
“I am far, not close…”

Face the judge and jury.

“To be worst murderer.”
“Worse than me are many…
Hundreds.”

Write the names, be ready, prepared.
Use the tools of the court,
Language, know right words,
Diplomat, be actor,
Machiavelli.
Look at map; take globe.
Tall buildings and oil rigs, navy ships
And the arms smuggled, and people
The capsized…

“Bush, Cheney and Ramsey are few.”
