Infinity Poem by Jabil Manandhar

'AM I BREATHING? '
Guess I felt some warmth;
On my upper lips!
Pardon?
Do I have that?
I only feel;
The straight, thin and sharp path…
And I'm trying to balance on it
Trying to move where I ahead;
But I don't know where! ?
The end or the beginning!
I can see some shiny object,
In the distance…
The distance might be you and I
But I seem to have these confusions?
Who are you?
And who am I?
Why are we here?
And what the hell I'm doing…
The straight, thin and sharp path…
Just like a thread!
And I woke up,
I'm not the same
I'm dying! Each moment,
And being replaced by new ME
But quite OLDER!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Expressing some meditative thoughts and uncertainties about our existence. Life can often bring about confusion and questions about our purpose and identity. As described in the poem, walking on a straight, thin, and sharp path, can symbolize the path of life itself. Life is often filled with twists and turns, uncertainties, and unexpected changes. The shiny object in the distance could represent a goal or destination that we're striving for, yet unsure of what it truly is. As for the questions about identity and purpose, these are deep existential questions that many people ponder throughout their lives. Discovering who we are and why we're here can be a lifelong pursuit. It's a process of self-reflection, exploration, and growth. It's natural to feel that we're constantly changing and evolving. Each moment, we have the opportunity to learn, grow, and become a new version of ourselves. Change is a constant part of life, and sometimes, it can feel both unsettling and beautiful at the same time. Remember that self-discovery and understanding take time. It can be helpful to engage in introspection, seek guidance from trusted individuals, explore your interests and passions, and reflect on what brings you joy and fulfillment. Ultimately, the answers to our questions about identity and purpose lie within ourselves. Embrace the journey, and give yourself permission to evolve and discover who you are meant to be.
