She felt bad when she didn't win in sports,
Classmates bullied her as she was a fatso,
Being an average in academics added to her misery,
Not being a hottie, she regretted,
She believed that her crush was way out of her league,
Because he was tall, handsome, dude and great basketball player.
She lived in her little world of her fantasy novels.
One day whilst crying, she ran to her grandma.
She made her realise that,
The beauty of people is inside their hearts and not looks,
People who go through all the adventures of life with smile on face are the real sports person,
Marks of some academics doesn't describe who you are,
It's okay to be an average student unless your marks are too bad,
Being slim and fit doesn't make you a good person,
We have just one life, don't waste it worrying about your calories,
Having sweet heart matters the most.
Loving yourself is one of the greatest achievements,
Always look at yourself as a positive person.
If you want a partner,
Choose someone who accepts you as you are!
A refined poetic imagination, Hiteishi J. You may like to read my poem, Love And Iust. Thank you.
Bullying is so sad and thought provoking. Not wining in sports is not a big issue. Giving support to others is wise and a duty of humanity. Inner values and kindness carry beauty of attitude. An amazing poem is brilliantly penned...10

A great poem and straight on point, no confusions and complexity like in Shakespeare's. But compose with a proper rhyming scheme as it plays a key role in arising interest. Anyway, this is a great poem. Please read my poems especially The Dark Wonders, and comment your true opinion. Thanks.
