Inside Poem by Carolyn Brunelle

Inside

Rating: 4.5

Old photographs
Capture a youthful girl
I barely recognize now;
My mirror reflects
A stranger to me as well.
I wonder...
What face I expect to see
When all that I am
Lies deep inside of me.
