Inspired - Poem by Helen Goodall

Sometimes I feel inspired and words come to mind
to write a song or poem keeping in perfect rhyme. But at times my mind is a blank, I can't find nothing
to express so my paper goes void and my pencil sets at rest. I close my eyes and dream. I await a new dawn when once
again my mind is inspired to write a song or poem. Then my paper fills up with words and my pencil does its job
on these days that my mind becomes inspired.
