Instant Freeze Frame Silent In Time Lost Poem by Terence George Craddock

Instant Freeze Frame Silent In Time Lost

pulling finality a closing curtain down upon
time sealed spent past veiling time future seems
instant freeze frame silent in time lost in thoughts events
long spent long ago cast decisions chances echoes
compass course set meander paths walked upon

parting curtain of the past has curtain call come down
now thoughts must departure turn to uncertain present
or pull away into hung images mirrors spectral futures
tech revolutions steam trains no longer tear down our tracks
