I want to love you
Yes I do
But reality check
We are 7 or 8 years apart
We live with the tension
It consumes our minds
What is your intention
Or what could be mine
I see you looking at me
Looking at you
Smiling at me
Smiling at you
With a smile that is
Specifically for you
You are mature
Gentle, soft, and kind
Your voice soothes my soul
Wish you could talk to me all day and night
I'm triggered by your presence
I'm aware of your essence
It speaks to my soul
I want to have doubts
But when we are together
It is as though no one else is around
Just give me a sign
Maybe when I see you
It will be obvious
