Quick Tick
the clock moves forward
tick tock tick tock
just like my life
too quick too quick
it never goes backwards
tock tick tock tick
short and sweet. at least humans can look back in their minds at their lives. of course it is not always enjoyable to do so! i especially enjoyed the 4th and 6th lines. thanks for sharing. i put this in my poems list.
