Internal Conscious Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Internal Conscious

Internal conscious

Why am I in this world?
Nothing was told clearly
I probed more into it
But failed to fetch anything

Was I to eat happily?
And stay merrily
As God has given enough to last comfortably
I sincerely thanked an almighty

My mind hunted more
I had to explore
But found its answer from nowhere
I had to dare afresh

No, no
Mind revolted to go further
Yet I asked the same thing to internal conscious
That inspired real trust

I was to live as others did
But nothing was to be done to hide
The approach towards poor and need was overhauled
Now I was not misled

I brushed off the fear
And ventured to go far
It was now clear with vision
There remained no more confusion

Internal Conscious
