Introspection Poem by Thomas Taylor

Introspection

You cant.
Dont worry.
Most people cant.
Especially your kind.
They never can.
They focus on whats outside.
Not what actually matters.
Why?
Why can't you?
Why can't you look inside yourself?
Find out who you are?
Who you really are.
Not what they see.
Are you afraid?
Afraid like me?
Afraid of what you'll find.

Your poem is right, most people can't see what really matters. I like this one as well.

A really powerful piece with such strong use of language, almost in a form of a casual conversation wrapped with talent that has turned it into a beautiful poem :) Be great if you could give some honest comments about one of my new pieces, preferably 'Immediate Peril' Thank you :)
